We’re a team who’ve spent the last decade starting and scaling multiple SaaS businesses. Through all the ups and downs, one challenge kept cropping up across every company we ran: accessing and understanding customer usage data was far too difficult for anyone outside the engineering team. Onboarding Automation Engineer

We believe in the power of automation. Our goal is to reduce repetitive manual tasks. Allowing teams to focus on innovation and growth will benefit our customers. We are looking for a Customer onboarding/support engineer who will be integral to ensuring our customers have a smooth onboarding experience while working towards making their (and your) need for support minimal. The ideal candidate is someone who loves to solve problems through automation, reducing the need for intervention over time.
