The purpose of this sharing is to:

  • Give you a coherent and relevant experience across the Kleer Group’s products and communications;
  • Identify relevant products or services across the group that may be of interest to you or your company;
  • Avoid duplicate or uncoordinated outreach from different companies within the group.

All processing within the Kleer Group is carried out in accordance with GDPR and applicable law. 9. Data transfer

Metered processes personal data primarily in Sweden and the Republic of Ireland, and, following integration with the Kleer Group, may also process data using systems operated within Kleer Group AB’s infrastructure. Data may be moved between these locations in a secure manner.

Before transferring data outside the EU/EEA, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

10. Data retention

We retain your data while you are a customer or active contact, and delete it within 30 days (but not earlier than 15 days) of a written termination request. Marketing contacts who do not engage with our communications over time may be removed from our systems on a rolling basis. Some data may be retained longer where required by law (e.g. accounting records).

11. Data security

We maintain technical and organizational measures — including access control, authorization control, and encryption — to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. We require our processors to maintain adequate security measures.
